Алгоритм-фильтр Google Колибри

Приветствую вас, дорогие читатели!

Мы продолжаем нашу беседу об алгоритмах и фильтрах поисковых систем. И сегодня мы будем говорить об особенностях работы Google, о которых я начал рассказывать в прошлой статье о фильтрах ПС - настоятельно рекомендую прочитать её всем, кто ещё с ней не знаком. В частности, поговорим о новом алгоритме гугл под названием Huminbird - Колибри, введённом в октябре 2013 года. Многие его особенности и последствия для вебмастеров стали появляться в свет только сейчас и то в основном в западном сегменте Интернета. Не думайте, что это будет очередной список каких-то общеизвестных правил - нет, представленное нововведение заставило многих специалистов переосмыслить взгляды даже на общие принципы SEO. Работа специалиста-продвиженца постепенно обретает новую направленность, появляются новые тактики и стратегии, и мы должны о них знать!

Что такое Google Колибри и как он работает?

Хороший вопрос. :) И ответ на него очень прост и естественен: алгоритм Колибри призван понимать "человеческие запросы", т.е. написанные в разговорном стиле. Поясню на примере. Если раньше, желая пообедать в Лондоне и притом подешевле надо было писать примерно так: "Лондон кафе дёшево", - то сейчас вполне можно написать: "где дёшево поесть в Лондоне". Или, к примеру: "в каком банке Москвы выгоднее всего брать ипотеку", - вместо: "Московские банки выгодная ипотека". То есть поисковик стремится сделать свою систему интеллектуальнее, всё более похожей на человека, учится понимать обыденную человеческую речь и распознавать её смысл (семантику), а не только ключевые слова и фразы. В результате, сильно улучшилась (и изменилась) выдача по длинным запросам. Как же устроен современный последний алгоритм Google, и что теперь надо делать для успешного продвижения? Для ответа на этот вопрос углубимся в прошлое.

Немного истории

Скажу сразу, что приведу здесь далеко не все нововведения и изменения в процессе эволюции известного поискового гиганта, а только лишь основные концептуальные функциональные изменения, хорошо заметные пользователям и SEO-специалистам (в хронологическом порядке):

Когда-то давно поисковики работали по принципу встречаемости всех слов запроса на конкретной странице с учётом веса анализируемого сайта, частоты встречаемости и выделений этих слов.
Позже появилось разделение ресурсов на коммерческие, информационные и эротические: первым шагом определялась группа запроса и искались сайты только соответствующей категории. Категории в выдаче практически никогда не пересекались.
Далее гугл ввёл лантентно-семантический анализ, в результате которого появилась морфология и тематичность.
Для тех, кто не в курсе: морфологические вхождения (пример: "столы", "стол", "стола", "столов" и т.д.) и синонимы стали приравниваться друг к другу, а служебные слова типа "как", "где", "когда" практически перестали искаться в тексте сайтов, а стал лишь учитываться их смысл ("где", значит, ищутся места; "когда" - времена и т.д.).. Кроме того, появился учёт анкоров и простенькое определение семантики (смысла) запросов, начало развиваться понятие уже настоящей релевантности.
С тематичностью всё и всем уже давно известно. Тут 2 фактора: внешние ссылки на сайт (при расчёте PageRank) стали браться лишь от ресурсов схожей тематики; при поиске учитывалась тематика вопроса пользователя (стала определяться) и найденного ресурса.
Поиск стал персонализированным: стала учитываться история запросов для каждого пользователя и его географическое расположение.
Следующим шагом был процесс жёсткого геотаргетинга, т.е. определения географии набранной пользователем строки (если в ней есть слова типа названия города / страны и т.д.) или отсутствия оной, а также месторасположения пользователя (по IP-адресу или аккаунту Google, если таковой имеется) и выдача результатов, соответствующих региону запроса (приоритет) и / или пользователя.
Введены социальные сигналы. Т.е. появилось влияние соц. сетей: кнопки типа "Мне нравится" и "Поделиться", копипасты материалов в группах / страницах ВК и Facebook и многое другое в таком роде. Отдельно стоит отметить введение и учёт кнопки +1 в Google+.
Появление фильтра Панда. О нём всё, что можно сказано в предыдущей статье, ссылка на которую дана в самом начале. Если вкратце, то нововведение направлено на фильтрацию некачественного контента: не несущего смысла, переоптимизированного, слишком короткого, дублированного или переписанного и всё в таком духе, а также - это важно! - появился учёт поведенческих факторов: процент отказов, возвращаемость пользователей, среднее время и глубина просмотра страниц и т.д.. Всё это стало влиять на ранжирование.
Фильтр Пингвин. О нём тоже всё было сказано в первой части статьи. Если не читали, вам сюда. Суть сводится к отсеиванию всей неестественной и / или некачественной ссылочной массы.
Новый алгоритм поиска Humminbird. Вот о нём-то и пойдёт речь далее. :)

Что мы видим в итоге? Поиск и без того был очень мощным и отсеивал огромное множество шлака, понимал морфологию, синонимы, определял качество контента и географию, разделял коммерцию от информации, учитывал мнения и поведение пользователей и многое-многое другое. Зачем же понадобилось такое серьёзное преобразование ядра гугл? Как уже было сказано, - для улучшения поисковой выдачи с целью лучшего семантического анализа запросов юзеров и анализируемых страниц. Хоть это и не кажется чем-то серьёзным, стоит знать, что было переписано и всецело ядро алгоритма. А вот разного рода фильтры и надстройки, о которых писалось в первых 8 пунктах исторического обзора, - всё это осталось. Всё равно что поменять ядро операционной системы, оставив всю прикладную часть (программы, драйвера, браузеры и т.д.) нетронутой. Так что всё, что было ранее и что ранее мы учитывали, стоит помнить и сейчас.

Однако надо понимать: в новом алгоритме Google Колибри около 200 факторов (!), учитываемых при ранжировании и выдаче результатов! И конечно же, нам надо понять, что же существенного добавилось. Понятно, что с добавлением новых факторов, влияние некоторых старых должно упасть. Так и случилось на самом деле, и эти "изменения весов" и "добавка нового" заставила призадуматься над своим будущим многих SEO-специалистов, да и простых вебмастеров. Вот об этом и поговорим.

Новая стратегия продвижения или что теперь делать?

Как мы уже выяснили, новый алгоритм призван более точно обрабатывать длинные и сложные "разговорные" запросы, выделяя в них вложенный пользователем смысл. При этом учитывается:

Предыстория поиска и переходов данного пользователя.
Его регион.
Его поведенческие факторы (куда заходил ранее при похожих вопросах).
Конструкция (форма) запроса.
Всё тоже самое для сайта - кандидата на отображение.

Конечно же, перечисленные в предыдущем разделе 8 первых пунктов также входят в учёт. В итоге, теперь поисковик понимает, что хочет пользователь, вводя слово "Питер": то ли узнать историю известного города, то ли послушать радио, то ли почитать книжки шотландского писателя. Можно сказать, что акцент нового ядра смещается с вопроса "что" (надо найти) на вопрос "почему" (именно это ищет пользователь). Как это всё реализовано, обсуждать подробно не будем, однако особо интересующимся скажу, что Google начал использовать технологию графа знаний и языковых паттернов в дополнение к уже существовавшей у него семантике. Что это такое, можно без труда в нём же и найти. :)

Итак, что из всего вышесказанного следует? Как быть нам - простым смертным вебмастерам и сеошникам? Что-то вы уже наверняка поняли из написанного выше. О чём-то надо ещё сказать...

Правила и рекомендации продвижения в соответствии с новым алгоритмом Google Колибри:

Не покупайте и не размещайте ссылки на сайтах возрастом меньше 1 года или имеющих менее 20-30 внешних ссылок.
Как это проверить, а также, что ещё сюда входит, сказано в предыдущей статье (ссылка - в начале). Что будет, если это не выполнять: в лучшем случае - нулевой эффект; в худшем - фильтр Пингвин.
Не забывайте о таких вещах, как YouTube и 100500.tv.
Они дают огромный трафик, хоть и не всегда целевой. С учётом посещаемости этих ресурсов, если сумеете прокомментировать ролик (лучше, конечно, тематический) в числе первых, получите жуткий прирост визитёров, что также не останется незамеченным поисковиками.
Забудьте о быстром рерайте.
Никакие спец. программы, какими бы они крутыми ни были, вас не спасут (от Панды). Рерайт можно оставить только в виде качественной работы, которую делает живой человек. Обратите внимание на слово "качественной". Обычно в данном контексте это противоречит понятию "быстрой".
Больше работайте над поведенческими факторами целевой аудитории и повышайте конверсию.
Суть тут заключается в следующем:
* Чётко определите свою целевую аудиторию и её потребности.
* Пишите все материалы только с позиции этой аудитории и её потребностей.
* Постоянно анализируйте причины отказов и уходов клиентов / подписчиков / ... и исправляйте проблемы.

Больше внимания уделяйте качеству, а не количеству вашего контента.
Это очень важная рекомендация! Не стоит ею пренебрегать. И не слушайте никого, кто твердит: регулярность - залог успеха. Они-то правы, отчасти, но регулярность имеется в виду качества, а не гумна.
Стремитесь к разнообразию типов представления информации.
Типы бывают следующими: текст на странице, картинка, видео, презентация (Powerpoint), PDF, Word, Excel, ... - гугль всё это хорошо понимает. Кстати, если думаете, что можно затыбзить чужой текст, поместить его в pdf-ку и разместить на сайте, то вас ждут лишь слёзы и печаль.
Забудьте про точные вхождения запросов и частоты!
Колибри хорошо (даже слишком) понимает морфологию. Больше пользуйтесь разными словоформами, синонимами и разными стилями изложения одного и того же! Новый алгоритм ценит естественность и человечность текста, а не "СЕОшные заточки".
Да, по поводу синонимов: из личного опыта знаю: у меня были большие проблемы со многими статьями на блоге из-за слишком частого (большой плотности, точнее) использования каких-то определённых слов. Совсем не ключевиков, а слов типа "сайт", "ссылка" и т.д.. Как только я подправил некоторые свои материалы, позиции соответствующих страниц резко возросли!
Вставляйте кнопки соц. сетей и Google+.
Если, конечно, это возможно и подходит под тип вашего ресурса. Влияние соц. сигналов с введением Колибри сильно возросло. Теперь множественные нажатия на кнопку типа "Мне нравится" (в особенности, на гугло-кнопку "+1") может реально сильно улучшить ваши позиции! Понятное дело, надо обеспечить такие нажатия качественной и полезной юзерам информацией. ;)
Старайтесь разнообразить контент.
Т.е. не надо зацикливаться на строго заданной теме. Если у вас коммерческий сайт строительной компании с предложениями по квартирам в Москве, то вполне можно разместить там же информацию по хорошим банкам, дающим выгодные условия ипотеки или новости по динамике рынка недвижимости и т.д..
Таким способом вы достигнете сразу 3 целей:
* Регулярность обновления контента (она всё-таки играет роль).
* Заинтересуете посетителей и поможете им в выборе товара / мотивируете на подписку.
* Улучшите мнение о себе поисковика через разнообразие контента.
Почитайте всё-таки первую мою статью о фильтрах (ссылка - в начале этой статьи) и следуйте её рекомендациям.

Вот, собственно, и всё, что на данный момент известно и что нужно делать с точки зрения западных SEO-профессионалов. Думаю, стоит прислушаться. Представители Google на вопрос о том, что делать теперь для продвижения ответили, что требования к сайтам сохраняются теми же: качественный и уникальный контент, полезный и распространяемый посетителями. Заметьте, ничего не говорится про ссылочную массу, заголовки, количестве ключевиков и про другие SEO-шные вещи.

Отдельно хочу сказать про вопрос повышения релевантности, который, как сейчас выясняется, становится в первые ряды по важности: о нём я написал отдельную статью.

Заключение

Что в итоге? А в итоге, всё сводится к тому, что поисковики (в частности, Google) всё больше и лучше умеет анализировать реальное качество сайтов, их полезность и релевантность запросам пользователей. Всё сложнее и опаснее становятся методы серого и тем более чёрного SEO. Сейчас для достижения успеха в Интернете нужен ресурс, хорошо умеющий удовлетворять потребности своих целевых пользователей при помощи качественного контента (и таких же товаров, услуг). На первые места выходят такие слова, как внутренняя оптимизация, целевая аудитория, качество, релевантность и, пожалуй даже, маркетинг-реклама. Именно в них заключается будущее современного SEO.
